• ADJUSTABLE KNOB — The grind control knob on the head of the mill can be twisted to adjust the grind size of rock salt and peppercorns to create a precise balance of flavor. Twist clockwise to tighten the knob, the tighter the knob the finer the grind. The two-stage grinding mechanism first effortlessly cracks the peppercorns and then grinds them to the desired coarseness.
• PRECISE GRIND — Through two centuries of experience, Peugeot has expertly engineered each mill and mechanism specifically for the consistency and shape of peppercorns and rock salt. Each mill is designed for its own spice. The burr mechanism in the pepper mill is finished with a patented treatment against corrosion. The stainless steel in the salt mill is naturally resistant to corrosion.

• ENHANCE FLAVOR — Bring out the aromatic depth of peppers by manually adjusting the grind to your taste. Very finely ground pepper will bring out its spice, while a coarser grind will highlight its aromas and flavor. To refill, simply unscrew the top knob, lift off the top and pour in your peppercorns (max size 1/4 inch or 6mm) and dry rock salt (max crystal size of 2/5 inch or 4mm).
